Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tsp Red Chillies pwr
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder pwr

Instructions
 

  • Recipe : Mix the flours and add all the spices. Mix all the ingredients and kneed to make a dough. Make small balls, heat a pan and make small missi roti. For cooking it use ghee. Cook it properly and serve hot.
