Ingredients
- 500 gm fresh fenugreek leaves finely chopped
- 3/4 green chilli chopped
- 2 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon ajwain
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 inch ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cup makkai atta
- 2 tablespoon ghee

Instructions
- Makka ka roti : Add chopped onion, green chilli, fresh methi and spices to makka aata and make a dough using warm water. Make rotis and serve hot with sarso ka saag, ghee and butter.

Eat with sarso ka saag and jaggery
