Ingredients
 

  • 500 gm Fenugreek finely chopped fresh
  • 3/4 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 4 cup Atta makkai
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Makka ka roti : Add chopped onion, green chilli, fresh methi and spices to makka aata and make a dough using warm water. Make rotis and serve hot with sarso ka saag, ghee and butter.
