Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm fresh fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 3/4 green chilli chopped
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 inch ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cup makkai atta
  • 2 tablespoon ghee

Instructions
 

  • Makka ka roti : Add chopped onion, green chilli, fresh methi and spices to makka aata and make a dough using warm water. Make rotis and serve hot with sarso ka saag, ghee and butter.

Notes

Eat with sarso ka saag and jaggery
