Methi Makki Roti
Ingredients
- 500 gm Fenugreek finely chopped fresh
- 3/4 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 4 cup Atta makkai
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Makka ka roti : Add chopped onion, green chilli, fresh methi and spices to makka aata and make a dough using warm water. Make rotis and serve hot with sarso ka saag, ghee and butter.

Eat with sarso ka saag and jaggery
