Ingredients
- Bhavnagri Mirch -5
- Mozzarella cheese 20 gm
- Processed cheese 2 cubes
- Boiled potato 2
- Roasted peanuts crushed 4-5 Tbs
- Salt
- gm flour 4-5 Tbs
- Red chilly powder ½ Tsp
- Amchoor powder ½ Tsp
- Oil For frying
- Peppy tomato oats 1 packet
- Turmeric powder ½ Tsp

- First of all roast the chilies .Now remove the skin of chilies. After this made a filling with grated boiled potato, grated mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and crushed peanuts mixed all of these ingredients.
- Now made a better for this take gram flour in a bowl add salt, red chili powder, amchoor powder, and turmeric powder add water and made a thick better.
- Now cut the chilies in middle and fill the filling in it after then dip in better and then wrap in oats now frying in hot oil approx 5-10 min both side.
- Serve hot cheesy Mirchi Pakora with tomato ketchup and garnish with cheese.
