Cauliflower has an excellent source of vitamin A, C, K and B6. In winter get fresh cauliflower it has less calories. Here I am going to make a cauliflower dessert which is a lost recipe. This recipe was made for famous poet Rabindranath Tagore on his birthday. Today is 9th may but in Bengali calendar it is 25th Baisakh month. Every year his birthday is celebrated at Shantiniketan in this day. This is such a dessert without seeing none can believe it is made by cauliflower. I want to introduce the recipe to the young generation which I am going to dedicate to my mother. I choose the recipe because cauliflower was her favourite.
