About Mango Panaa
In the summer zone we Indian have to drink lot of water. This raw mango drink is good for health and keep cool. In old age mango used roast in charcoal. Now a days we don't use coal burner so it's easy way to boil and mash. Main ingredient is raw mango assorted ingredients as you like. Here I am sharing what my mom's used to serve.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mango boiled mashed
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Powder roasted
- 1-2 tsp Salt as you need, or as per taste

Instructions
- Boil the mango and peel off the skin. Separate the seed and mash.
- Now take a mixing jar add mashed mango, cumin powder, fennel powder, black salt, chilli and coriander paste, sugar and more salt if you need. Pour 2 glasses of water and mix properly S
- Pour in serving glass you can protect from heat.
Recipe Notes
In the summer season we should drink regular. We can protect ourselves from heat stroke.
