Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp almonds & pista chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 6 kesar strips
  • 4 drops kewra essence

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk along with cardamom powder & kesar till reduced three fourth.
  • Add the sugar, mix it well.
  • Mix cornflour with quarter cup of milk, and gradually add to the boiling milk, stir continuously.
  • Add chopped pista, (milk powder dissolved in some milk), milk powder and mix it well. Remove from fire and let it be cool.
  • Now add the beaten fresh cream and kewra essence
  • Beat the whole mixture with electric beater for 2 minutes.
  • Now pour the mixture in the kulfi mould, tap it and close it tightly and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

This is best accompanied with falooda.
