There was call from New York, one of my relative. I asked "what are you doing" said he was enjoying smoked corn. I said "You are enjoying Indian food". He said American guys also enjoy the same. This recipe has no technique but we enjoy it together it becomes more tasty.

Ingredients
- Fresh corn 2 nos
- Fresh lemon 1
- Salt
- Black salt
- Black pepper

Instructions
- Tender corns should have stem so it will easy to hold. Smoke can be done with barbecue or charcoal or gas burner.
- Wipe with olive oil turn all sides and smoke. Then apply lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
Notes
We enjoy this in a rainy season.
