Fish rezala We think that rezala is difficult to cook but here I am cooking in a easy way. I used minimum ingredients but good in taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm fish
  • 2 tbsp boiled onion garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Few black pepper
  • Few cloves bay leaves
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Green chillies
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish and shallow fry then keep aside.

  • Another side boil onion garlic with skin. Peal off the skin and mash then keep aside.

  • Now take a pan heat oil add whole red chilli, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves.

  • Add boiled onion and garlic paste. Add curd with little water, green chillies. Let boil add fried fish, salt, pinch of sugar.

  • Cook for a few minutes, sprinkle garam masala then put off the flame. Finally add coconut cream. Now ready to serve.
