Ingredients
 

  • 250 gm Fish
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste or onion boiled onion
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 Black Pepper
  • 1-2 cloves Few Cloves bay leaves
  • Pinch Sugar
  • Green Chillies
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fish and shallow fry then keep aside.

  • Another side boil onion garlic with skin. Peal off the skin and mash then keep aside.

  • Now take a pan heat oil add whole red chilli, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves.

  • Add boiled onion and garlic paste. Add curd with little water, green chillies. Let boil add fried fish, salt, pinch of sugar.

  • Cook for a few minutes, sprinkle garam masala then put off the flame. Finally add coconut cream. Now ready to serve.
