We think that rezala is difficult to cook but here I am cooking in a easy way. I used minimum ingredients but good in taste.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Fish
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste or onion boiled onion
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 Black Pepper
- 1-2 cloves Few Cloves bay leaves
- Pinch Sugar
- Green Chillies
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Marinate the fish and shallow fry then keep aside.
- Another side boil onion garlic with skin. Peal off the skin and mash then keep aside.
- Now take a pan heat oil add whole red chilli, black pepper, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves.
- Add boiled onion and garlic paste. Add curd with little water, green chillies. Let boil add fried fish, salt, pinch of sugar.
- Cook for a few minutes, sprinkle garam masala then put off the flame. Finally add coconut cream. Now ready to serve.
