Mango is a seasonal fruit in India and summer in India means Mango masti (fun with mangoes). Mango shake, Cakes, Ice-creams are a must during the summer season as it beats the heat and has all the richness of this fiber filled fruit. Lot of people avoid mangoes because of its high calorie content but I feel anything seasonal and local must be enjoyed during the season as that's how nature has provided these foods loaded with health benefits. So please don't count the calories and enjoy the mangoes when in season. This recipe is a simple 2 ingredient recipe which is tasty easy and quick to make.

Instructions
- Take the Mangoes Cut them and make puree, I would usually pick that variety of mangoes which are very sweet eg Mango - Bainganapalli, Imam Pasand.
- This way I can completely avoid any form of sweetner. That is why this is a 2 ingredient recipe where I have not put honey or sugar. But if you like it extra sweet, you can always add honey.
- Add 4 tablespoon of fresh cream (Malai), which I collect after boiling milk everyday.
- Blend it one more time and you will get a smooth and fluffy texture.
- Coarsely powder walnut kernels and add them to the puree. You can add any other dry fruit or seeds like melon seeds, Fig or dates but I prefer walnuts and almonds the most because of their texture and nutrient value.
- Put them in stylish glass shots and insert wooden sticks (or spoon) and freeze it for 8 hours. Enjoy this quick and tasty 2 ingredient dessert.
