Ingredients
- 2 Mango ripe peeled and chopped
- 2 scoop Mango Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 500 ml Milk fully fat chilled
- 2 tbsp Mawa grated, of grated khova
- 2 tbsp Milk condensed
- 1 tbsp Sugar brown
- Cream removed from milk top after boiling and getting cooled(for topping/garnish) homemade fresh
- 1 Cardamom elaichi
- 2 tbsp Fruits almonds, rasinis(for topping/garnish) dry chopped
- 2 tbsp Mango for topping/garnish chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and add more milk if necessary
- Pour into tall glasses and granish/top it with chopped mangoes,dry fruits and fresh Cream(malai)
- Serve immediately!!
