Home Made Mango Kulfi

Healthy, Creamy, Delicious, Sinful Mango Kulfi.. This is best desert to have after any meal. No once can resit it.

  • Mangoes: 3 pcs
  • Sugar - @ table spoon
  • Milk - 1.5 liters
  • Cream - 1 tbsp Optional


  • Cut 1 mango in to small pcs and keep aside. Make mango puree of 2 mangoes by blending in the mixer jar.
  • In a Kadai, thicken the milk with cream and sugar. Boil it till the milk reduces to half. Allow the milk to cool.
  • Mix the mango puree into milk and blend the same to get a smooth mango puree. Keep this mixture in freezer. Allow the mixture to set slightly and blend again. Follow this process for atleast 2-3 times. This will help avoid crystals and will get a creamy kulfi.
  • Add the mango pcs into the mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into kulfi mould and keep in freezer till the kulfi set properly. A stick for kulfi can be added at this stage (optional).
  • Serve cold but cutting in pcs or in a stick form.
