  • ADD ONE CUP THICK
  • AND WATER AND MIX THEM AND KEEP FOR 30 MIN.
  • HEAT OIL IN PAN
  • ADD HING RAI
  • AND CURRY LEAVES
  • ADD HALF TADKA IN BATTER
  • ADD BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA
  • COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN. OR KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
  • AND SALT
  • OUR IRDA IS READY
  • GARNISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CHILLI
  • AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  • SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
  • Prepare Green Chutney Mix all ingredients in mixing and grind And ad tadka
