Kerela's rice cake is traditionally made with rice paste and cooked rice but it is a quick version of irda which we can enjoy in breakfast and tea time as well.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Suji
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 2 tbsp Kishmish (kishmish)
- 2 tsp Peanuts (or tadka for tadka)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- 7-8 leaves Curry
- leaves Coriander
- Cherry Tomato
- Green Chillies (for garnish)
- 1 Cup Coriander (for chutney)
- 2 Green Chillies (for chutney)
- 1/2 cup Onion (fir chutney)
- 1 pinch Rock Salt (for chutney)
- 1/2 Cup Curd (for chutney)
- 1/2 Lemon Juice (for chutney)
- Tadka (or oil oil for chutney)
- Tadka (or hing hing for chutney)
- Tadka (karipata for chutney)
- 1/2 tsp Jeera (for chutney)
- 1/2 spoon Mustard Seed (or tadka for chutney tadka)

Instructions
- ADD TWO CUP SUJI IN A BOWL
- ADD ONE CUP THICK
- AND WATER AND MIX THEM AND KEEP FOR 30 MIN.
- HEAT OIL IN PAN
- ADD HING RAI
- AND CURRY LEAVES
- ADD HALF TADKA IN BATTER
- ADD BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA
- COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN. OR KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
- AND SALT
- OUR IRDA IS READY
- GARNISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CHILLI
- AND CORIANDER LEAVES
- SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
- Prepare Green Chutney Mix all ingredients in mixing and grind And ad tadka

Can add pander, grated coconut in better
Eat with green chutney.
