  • In a mixer grinder, take 1 cup of fresh Coriander Leaves, 10 to 15 nos of Mint Leaves, 6 small Green Chillies, 1 tsp of roasted Chana Dal (Dalwa).
  • Then add 2 nos of Garlic cloves roughly chopped, 1 tsp of Curd (Dahi), ยผ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Water and blend into smooth Chutney.
  • If required add more Water while blending.
  • Mint Chutney is now ready serve with any Sandwich or Paratha.

  • Add 1 tsp of Sugar if required.
  • Adding Curd keeps a fresh Green color to Chutney for longer period.
  • In place of Dalwa, you can use Peanuts (Groundnuts) also.
