Mint chutney recipe made up of frsh coriander leaves and mint leaves. This chutney is used for any Indian chaat recipe or for any type of Sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 leaves Coriander (â)
- 10 leaves Mint (â nos)
- 6 Green Chillies (â)
- 1 tsp Roasted Chana Dal (dalwa â)
- 2 cloves Garlic (nos)
- 1 tsp Yogurt (or curd, or dahi curd dahi â)
- 1/4 tsp Salt (â, or as per taste)
- 2 tsp Water (â)

Instructions
- In a mixer grinder, take 1 cup of fresh Coriander Leaves, 10 to 15 nos of Mint Leaves, 6 small Green Chillies, 1 tsp of roasted Chana Dal (Dalwa).
- Then add 2 nos of Garlic cloves roughly chopped, 1 tsp of Curd (Dahi), ¼ tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Water and blend into smooth Chutney.
- If required add more Water while blending.
- Mint Chutney is now ready serve with any Sandwich or Paratha.

Recipe Notes
- Add 1 tsp of Sugar if required.
- Adding Curd keeps a fresh Green color to Chutney for longer period.
- In place of Dalwa, you can use Peanuts (Groundnuts) also.
