Panna cotta (In Italian - "cooked cream") is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The cream may be aromatized with, coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings. Often served with a coulis of berries, or a sauce of caramel or chocolate or fresh fruits. This is fusion recipe. In this recipe I have prepared semolina halwa using two flavors i.e. orange and cardamom. Halwa is prepared using coconut milk. Instead or cream I used full fat coconut milk and regular milk, reduced to half. Combined both the recipes and panna cotta is been prepared. Served with fruits and praline.
