This is a softy and creamy texture. My father had some where. He taught my mother and I have learnt from her. It has similarlity with pudding. So I thought to share with you.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 raw egg
  • 4 bread slices only white portion
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Blue berry
  • Food colour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl beat eggs add milk, sugar, white bread, fresh cream and vanilla essence.
  • Now take a metal bowl add butter and sugar keep on burner. When it will caramelized then add the batter. Bake in a steamer then add blue berry and sprinkle with food colour.
  • After 15 minutes check with a prick. It will ready to cut and serve.

Notes

It can be serve hot or cold.
