I am a big fan of Garlic Cheese Bread. Whenever I think of ordering a pizza from Domino’s, I always include garlic bread in that, It’s a signature recipe of domino’s after all. I wanted to try this recipe at home. I found a different style of making of this bread on the internet. I chose to make with 90% of atta (whole wheat flour) and 10% of maida (all purpose flour). This recipe is the simplest way of making the cheese garlic bread. Try it out, you will definitely love the outcome. Cheese, Garlic and mix herbs can be added according to your taste.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Wheat (180 ml, or atta, or flour whole atta flour â)
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour (or maida maida â)
- 1 tsp Salt (â, or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil (â)
- 1 tsp Sugar (â)
- 1 tsp Yeast (dry â)
- 1/4 cup Water (warm water â)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped finely â)
- 1 tbsp Oregano (â)
- 1 tsp Butter (â)
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter (â)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped â)
- 1/2 cup Cheese (grated â)
- 2 tbsp Rosemary (or oregano oregano and â)
- 1 tbsp Ajwain (â)
- 1 tbsp Flour (to dust plain dry â)

Instructions
- Take a bowl, add the warm water and then mix the sugar and dry yeast in that water, allow to rest for 10 to 15 mins.
- After 15 mins, the yeast solution will turn frothy by indicating the yeast is activated.
- Add a pinch of salt, garlic and Oregano into the yeast solution. Mix everything well.
- Additionally, add butter as well.
- Now add the dry flours and start to knead the dough.
- Punch and knead the dough for about 10 mins or until the dough becomes smooth and soft.
- Once it is done, coat the dough with oil. Cover the dough and rest for about 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, we can see the dough is raised and doubled the size.
- Now punch the dough and release the air, which is incorporated and knead again.
- Dust the flour on the platform and gently roll the dough into an oval shape.
- Prepare the stuffing mixture. Take melted butter, ajwain, garlic and mixed herbs in a bowl. Mix everything well.
- Now spread the mixture on the rolled dough generously.
- Spread the grated cheese on the dough evenly.
- Now fold the dough and pinch the edges. Make sure to seal the corners of the dough, otherwise cheese might come out while baking.
- Transfer to the baking tray lined with butter sheet. Brush the spreading on top of the dough once again and with a knife, make mark over the bread without cutting it.
- Place the baking tray in preheated oven for about 15 to 20 mins. Timing varies accordingly. After it is done, Cut the bread into pieces and serve with mayo dip or tomato ketchup. Yummy Cheese Garlic Bread is ready to serve.
