Kids also crazy to eat fast food. According to their age they are not permitted to eat street food or any other unhygienic food. This is the perfect chat for your kids. After home work or after playing they feel hungry. They also demand tasty food. Make some thin papri and keep in a air tight container. You might have fruits in your fridge which is enough to make tasty chat. I made with kiwi which healthy and soft. This is very easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 - 12 papri
  • 5 -6 kiwi slices
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 sweet chutney
  • Chat masala for sprinkle
  • Salt
  • Extra broken papri for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Prepare thin crispy papri before, keep air tight. Take out when you wish to make chat.

  • Peel off the skin of kiwi fruit and make them sliced.

  • Take a serving plate arrange the papri. Each kiwi slice keep on each papri. Again one more papri on the top of kiwi.
  • Add hung curd, sweet chutney, sprinkle with salt and chut masala. Sprinkle with more crushed cryspy papri.
