Ingredients
- 5 slices sandwich bread
- 100 gm bolognese sauce
- 60 gm shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 slices prosciutto
- baby greens.

Instructions
- Cut bread into two slices to make 2 triangles. Arrange bread slices in a circle and press surface with the back of a spoon. Bake for 3 minutes at 250 degrees C. Spread with bolognese sauce and crack an egg in the middle. Top with cheese and
- bake for 7 minutes at 250 degrees C. Top with prosciutto and baby greens and serve immediately.
