Indian Street Style Grill Chicken. Here is the perfect recipe for all the street style grill chicken lovers. Grill chicken with mayonnaise is my favourite combo. Make sure you grill the chicken with skin, it gives the exact street style taste. I have used a 1.2 kg whole chicken, if you want you can cut the chicken into pieces and grill it in the same way. Chicken is very good source of protein and contains vital nutrients with less carbs. Try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg Chicken with skin
- 3 tbsp Rock salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ยฝ tbsp Pepper powder crushed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil butter

Instructions
- Wash the chicken with turmeric and salt. Prepare the brine with water, salt and lemon juice and soak the chicken in it and refrigerate it for 2 hour. Do not avoid this step as it is important to soak the chicken in the brine.
- Know prepare the marination. In a bowl add in Kashmiri chili powder, Garam masala, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Crushed pepper powder, Salt, Lemon juice mix them all well and make it as a paste.
- Make the slits on the chicken, this step will help the marination to get infused into the chicken. Massage the chicken completely with the marination.
- Brush the chicken completely with oil. I have used olive oil you can use refined oil/ butter.
- Then place the chicken in Rotisserie mode for 50 min at 250 degree, after 50 minutes change it to grill mode and grill the chicken 20 min upside and 20 min downside. Totally it took me 1hour 30min.
- Serve the chicken with mayonnaise, sliced lemon and onion.
Recipe Notes
- Make sure you buy the chicken with skin, this will help the chicken to retain the moisture.
- Wipe the chicken with kitchen towel after removing it from the refrigerator.
- You can even sprinkle chat masala over the grill chicken
