Labanga Latika With Paneer

It is very tasteful and traditional recipe. Bengali people serve this recipe in festival or occasion.

  • 1 bowl refine flour
  • 1 teaspoon backing powder
  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 10-12 clove


  • Make a dough with refine flour and backing powder and keep aside.
  • Take a frying pan heat and add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, milk powder and cardamom powder. Sauteed and mix well.
  • Spread the dough cut into round shaped and stuff with paneer filing. Fold four sides and prick with clove. Make all dip fry.
  • Spread with coconut sugar and serve.
