Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- Some iceberg
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon
- Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions
- Mix all the spices in bowl (red chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper powder). Mix all the spices well.
- Brush olive oil on chicken breast. Season both the sides.
- Heat olive oil in grill pan. Grill chicken breast till it done. Transfer it to a plate. Keep aside
- In same pan grill red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and zucchini till it get soft. Transfer it to a plate.
- Take a serving plate. Place some iceberg in plate. Cut chicken pieces and place it on iceberg.
- Place grilled veggies on plate. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on all over veggies. Some raw onions, mayonnaise in centre and garnish mint leaves. Don't forget to keep lemon slices or pieces along with platter.(shown in Pic)
