Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 Onion medium, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • 4 Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Soda Bi-Carb
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Rinse well and finely chop spinach (palak), peel and chopped onion, chop green chili

  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients except oil & water and mix well to combine everything.

  • Heat oil for frying in a kadai (wok), once oil becomes hot drop spoonful of batter or medium pakoda size from hand in hot oil

  • fry until it becomes golden brown from all sides, drain in kitchen tissue and repeat same for rest of batter
  • Serve hot with green chatny.
