Ingredients
- 2 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 Onion medium, finely chopped
- 1 Cup Gram Flour
- 4 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Soda Bi-Carb
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- Rinse well and finely chop spinach (palak), peel and chopped onion, chop green chili
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients except oil & water and mix well to combine everything.
- Heat oil for frying in a kadai (wok), once oil becomes hot drop spoonful of batter or medium pakoda size from hand in hot oil
- fry until it becomes golden brown from all sides, drain in kitchen tissue and repeat same for rest of batter
- Serve hot with green chatny.
