Have a tough time getting the young ones to eat vegetables? Well they are sure to eat this fun and quick green bean dish. An easy and yummy crispy chinese recipe I prepared which is simple but awesome .
150gm green beans (Gawar Phalli)
1 tablespoons refined flour
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
Oil for deep fry
Wash green beans in running water. Clean it with kitchen towel.
Take green beans in large mixing. Add refined flour and mix it. Make sure green beans should be dry.
Now heat oil in wok add green beans n fried till it done crisp. Switch off the flame n transfer fried green beans on absorbing paper.
Take mixing bowl put all fried green beans in it n add schezwan sauce. Mix it well as same as like Chinese Bhel.
Serve this in plate n njoy the crispy fried green beans recipe veg fried rice.
