Ingredients Â
- For the dough: 1/2 cup maida
- 1/2 cup atta
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Water to knead the dough
- For the stuffing: 1 cup carrot finely chopped
- 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels boiled
- 2-3 tsp green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated mozzeralla cheese
- 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Few lettuce leaves
- Other ingredients for Sauce: 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp green chilly sauce
- Oil for cooking

InstructionsÂ
- For the roti: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with wet muslin cloth and keep aside.
- For the stuffing: Heat oil in a pan add chopped green chillies, carrots, cabbage, capsicum. Mix it well and cook till the veggies softens.
- Add boiled sweet corn, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and pepper. Mix it well cook for another 2-3 mins. Switch off the flame and keep the stuffing aside.
- Preparatiin of frankie: Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll out each into a circle. Heat the tawa and cook the roti nicely from both the sides.
- Keep the roti on a plate spread lettuce leaves on the roti and 3-4 tbsp of the prepared stuffing and top up with the sauce and grated cheese.
- Roll the roti from from one side and insert a toothpick in the centre so that the roll does not open.
- Repeat the same process for making rest of the rolls. Serve with tomato and green chilly sauce. Happy Eating!!
