Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Dough or maida for the maida
  • 1/2 cup Atta
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • to Water or dough knead the dough
  • 1 cup Stuffing or carrot for the carrot finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Corn Kernels boiled
  • 2-3 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated mozzeralla
  • 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1-2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce or sauce other ingredients for sauce
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies or sauce sauce

Instructions
 

  • For the roti: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with wet muslin cloth and keep aside.
  • For the stuffing: Heat oil in a pan add chopped green chillies, carrots, cabbage, capsicum. Mix it well and cook till the veggies softens.
  • Add boiled sweet corn, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and pepper. Mix it well cook for another 2-3 mins. Switch off the flame and keep the stuffing aside.
  • Preparatiin of frankie: Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll out each into a circle. Heat the tawa and cook the roti nicely from both the sides.
  • Keep the roti on a plate spread lettuce leaves on the roti and 3-4 tbsp of the prepared stuffing and top up with the sauce and grated cheese.
  • Roll the roti from from one side and insert a toothpick in the centre so that the roll does not open.
  • Repeat the same process for making rest of the rolls. Serve with tomato and green chilly sauce. Happy Eating!!
