Schezwan Fried Rice

So I had a huge batch of lunch rice leftover. And I had got this Schezwan Chutney from the market that I wanted to try...! Voila....The easiet put-together Chinese Fried rice with a minimum fuss and amazing taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups boiled white rice Cooked a minimum 6 hours before
  • 1-2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 3 Capsicums finely chopped
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Schezwan Chutney
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon oil

Instructions
 

  • In a non stick pan, heat the oil on low flame. Add the garlic. let it cook for about 10 seconds.
  • Put the flame on high and saute the onions for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and Capsicum and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. They should retain their crunchiness.
  • Add the chutney and mix well. Put in the rice and toss it till it looks done. Serve hot.

Notes

Use whatever veggies you have at hand or the ones that your kids love.
