  • In a pan add oil and white part of sprig onion followed by finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and add it to the pan now.
  • Add salt,white pepper powder and shezwan sauce.Let the sauce incorporate in to the veggies.
  • Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.Cook with 1 1/2 cups of water and cool it down completely.
  • Add cooked rice to the veggies.Mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  • Serve hot with any chinese atarter or gravy.I had served it with schezwan baby potatoes.

Recipe Notes

  • You can also add finely chopped red cabbage.
  • Add more schezwan sauce if you want spicy.
