Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1/4 cup Cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 pod Garlic
- Spring Onion (white part-1 tsp)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Schezwan Sauce
- Spring Onion (gren part- for garnishing)

Instructions
- In a pan add oil and white part of sprig onion followed by finely chopped ginger and garlic.
- Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and add it to the pan now.
- Add salt,white pepper powder and shezwan sauce.Let the sauce incorporate in to the veggies.
- Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.Cook with 1 1/2 cups of water and cool it down completely.
- Add cooked rice to the veggies.Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve hot with any chinese atarter or gravy.I had served it with schezwan baby potatoes.
Recipe Notes
- You can also add finely chopped red cabbage.
- Add more schezwan sauce if you want spicy.
