Egg Korma

There is more controversy with egg whether it is veg or non-veg. Korma means people think it should be chicken, mutton or any fleshy. I made korma with egg.

Ingredients
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1/2 tsp rose water
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp clarified butter
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the eggs and peel off the skin. Fry the eggs with applying turmeric powder and salt. Then keep aside.
- In the same pan put oil, after heating oil add onion paste stir fry until brown. Then add ginger garlic paste stir continuously.
- Take a small bowl cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd, salt and garam masala powder. Mix with 1 tbsp water and pour into the pan. Stir continuously.
- Sprinkle with little water. Cook for 2 minutes and put the fried eggs. Add rose water
- Now take a tempering pan heat, add clarified butter and. Kashmiri mirch. Switch off the flame and pour into the korma. Colour will be bright. Garnish with fresh cream. Serve with rice or chapathi
