Potato Scrambled Egg curry is a kids friendly recipe. It is easy and quick to prepare with simple ingredients from your pantry. It is a less spice dish apt for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium Potato
  • 2 egg
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • A pinch of chilly powder optional
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Peel the Potatoes and sliced into thin roundels
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy.
  • Add the Masala powders ,season with salt and saute for a min.
  • Add potato slices and fry on high heat for about 5 mins stirring it frequently.
  • Break the eggs into the potatoes and with a spatula scramble them and fry for about 5 mins.
  • Add some water if you want it curry style and cook for couple of mins and take off the heat.
