Ingredients
- 2 Potato medium
- 2 Egg
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 pinch Chili powder optional
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Water as required

Instructions
- Peel the Potatoes and sliced into thin roundels
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy.
- Add the Masala powders, season with salt and saute for a min.
- Add potato slices and fry on high heat for about 5 mins stirring it frequently.
- Break the eggs into the potatoes and with a spatula scramble them and fry for about 5 mins.
- Add some water if you want it curry style and cook for couple of mins and take off the heat.
