Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potato medium
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Chili powder optional
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Peel the Potatoes and sliced into thin roundels
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute till onion turns soft. Add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy.
  • Add the Masala powders, season with salt and saute for a min.
  • Add potato slices and fry on high heat for about 5 mins stirring it frequently.
  • Break the eggs into the potatoes and with a spatula scramble them and fry for about 5 mins.
  • Add some water if you want it curry style and cook for couple of mins and take off the heat.
