  • Take a mixing bowl add chicken pieces, curd, grated pumpkin , grated papaya, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri Mitch, ginger and garlic paste. Marinate the chicken mixing all together.
  • Heat a pan put oil, bay leaves, ratanjot stick. After adding ratanjot red colour will come out.
  • Then add the marinated chicken and stir for a minute. Cover the lid until soft.
  • Open the lid and check how it is done, then add salt, shaan marsala and almond paste. Again stir and cover for a minute.
  • Open the lid and see the cooked korma. Serve with keto bread.

Recipe Notes

I have not added onion because of sweetened. 
Pumpkin and papaya will give a thick effect.
Shaan masala is a ready-made spice.
Whole Kashmir chilli is not hot but has good aroma and good taste. 
Ratanjot is a natural stick which gives red color without chilly.
