They should choose the grass fed meat and poultry, which has omega-3 , vitamin B, potassium, selenium and zinc.

Ingredients
- 400 gm Chicken poultry
- 50 gm Pumpkin grated
- 25 gm Papaya grated
- 4 pieces Kashmiri Chilli
- 4 leaves Bay Leaves bay
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp Spice shaan korma
- 2 tbsp Almond Paste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 stick Stick Ratanjot ratanjot
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add chicken pieces, curd, grated pumpkin , grated papaya, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri Mitch, ginger and garlic paste. Marinate the chicken mixing all together.
- Heat a pan put oil, bay leaves, ratanjot stick. After adding ratanjot red colour will come out.
- Then add the marinated chicken and stir for a minute. Cover the lid until soft.
- Open the lid and check how it is done, then add salt, shaan marsala and almond paste. Again stir and cover for a minute.
- Open the lid and see the cooked korma. Serve with keto bread.
Recipe Notes
I have not added onion because of sweetened.
Pumpkin and papaya will give a thick effect.
Shaan masala is a ready-made spice.
Whole Kashmir chilli is not hot but has good aroma and good taste.
Ratanjot is a natural stick which gives red color without chilly.
