About Mushroom Korma

Normally people use mushroom in soup recipe and other simple recipe. Here I made the korma recipe with mushroom.

  • Rub the mushroom with refine flour and wash with warm water.
  • Take a pan heat add oil, then garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.
  • Saute all these masala, then add tomato paste, stir continuously.
  • Now add green peas, mushroom stir continuously. Mushroom is watering, close the lid for a minute.
  • Now add fried onion, cashew nuts paste, couscous paste, garam masala, chopped green chilli and salt.
  • Again mix all together. Take a tempering pan add clarified butter and Kashmiri mirch heat and immediately put off the flame.
  • Pour into the mushroom korma and you will find the bright colour. Now ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

It can be served chapati /paratha / naan/ pulao
