Crispy Potatoes With Chatpata Sprouts

Crispy potato slices are topped with a tang mixed sprouts mixture, creamy curd and tempting aromatic chutneys too.

  • 1/2 cup boiled mixed sprouts
  • 8 boiled peeled and thickly sliced potatoes
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder roasted
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp green chutney
  • 4 tsp sweet chutney
  • 4 tbsp whisked fresh curd
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • Salt


  • Heat a nonstick tawa, grease it with oil, place the potatoes on it and cook on a medium flame till both the sides are golden in colour, using little oil
  • Place the potatoes on a serving plate, put 1 tbsp of mixed sprouts mixture and spread 1/2 tsp of green chutney, 1/2 tsp of sweet chutney and 1/2 tbsp of curd on each potato slice.
  • Sprinkle a little chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, red chilly powder on top and serve immediately.


1. Add salt if necessary , as chutneys already had salt in it.
