Crispy Barbeque Potatoes

Easy peasy only three ingredients recipe. Anybody can make it. Needs only 5 minutes of your time and rest of the work is done by oven. It transforms a humble potato into a crispy/tasty snack or side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 medium size potatoes
- 4 tbsp barbeque sauce
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cut potato in slices with thickness less than 5cm.
- Preheat oven to 210°C.
- Drizzle olive oil and coat all slices evenly.
- Dip each slice into barbeque sauce coating it completely.
- Roll it in breadcrumbs and place in a oven safe pan.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all the slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy as a snack or side dish.
Notes
You can make breadcrumbs at home by laying all the bread slices in one layer in a pan and baking them at 120°C for 30min and then pulsing it in food processor /grinder until your desired crumb. I also seasoned my breadcrumbs with Kasuri methi, basil and oregano.
