Egg cutlet like panner cubes,, i steam the egg n after i make curry, so who didn't eat /hate eggs ,, they like most,, this egg cutlets,, bcoz having no eggs smell , and who hate eggs they love this recipe,,, kids mostly avoid eggs,, so must try this recipe give ur kids ,,,

Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Onion (big)
- 2 Tomato
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 5 tsp red chilli paste
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel Seed
- 1/2 tsp Jeera (or cumin cumin)
- 2 gm Roasted Gram- 2 Tsp (roasted)
- 2 gm Roasted Gram Powder - 2 Tsp (roasted powder)
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions
- In a pan fry the Coriander, coconut, jeera, fennel seed and roaster gram without oil. grind paste
- In a bowl put egg and beat well, then add sugar milk, pepper, salt to taste ,roasted gram powder and mix well and steam in a steamer.
- Before steam grease the vessel after add the mixture n steam in cooker for 2 whistle 5 min
- If u add sugar , u did nt have that egg e w smell,once got steamed remove from bowl with the help of knife
- U cut like dice cubes
- In a pan heat the oil and add onion saute until it turns glossy ,, Now add tomato and add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste/powder, salt, turmeric and saute it,,add blended paste too
- now add water as required and boil it for 20 min. Once gravy boiled ,,,then add egg cutlet and keep it in low flame for 5 mins
- Now steamed , healthy, egg cutlet gravy is ready, serve with rice/idly/dosa
