This is mughlai recipe which is favourite to all non-vegetarian. Kebab special masala and ghee which gives a aroma of muglai recipe. Kebab masala is socially made by different aromatic masala. We can use ready made or homemade

Ingredients
- 250 gm minced meat
- 100 gm chana dal
- 2 whole red chili
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri mirch powder
- 1 teaspoon kebab masala powder homemade
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 raw egg
- 2 tbsp boiled onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Fresh coriender and mint leaves
- Salt
- Bamboo sticks

Instructions
- Boil the minced with Chana dal, whole red chilli, onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and cinnamon powder.
- After boiling make a smooth paste.
- Take a pan add ghee, smooth paste, kebab masala, Kashmir mirch and salt. Stir continuously for a few minutes. It will be moist free.
- Put off the flame, let cool add lemon juice, raw egg, chopped coriander and mint leaves. Mix all together.
- Take the bamboo sticks wrap with the cooked dough at least 4 to 6 inches long. Shallow fry the seekh kebab.
- Serve as a snacks or lunch and dinner.
Notes
Prefer to use fresh masala
Dip the bamboo sticks in cold water for 10 minutes, so it will not burn.
