Ingredients
- 4 large size potatoes
- 3 tablespoon rice flour
- Salt
- 1//3 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Oil for deep fry
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 skewers

Instructions
- Wash potatoes well. Cut the thin slices into diameter. Insert potatoes in skewers n arrange little gap in each slices
- Take rice flour in mixing bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder in it. Add water n make fine batter.
- Heat oil in wok, Apply batter on potatoes n deep fry potatoes till it turn crispy. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- Crispy spring Potatoes are ready to serve. Serve this hot with cup of tea.
Notes
Before inserting potatoes in skewers rub drop of oil on skewers. Potatoes will insert in skewers easily.
