Crispy Garlic Potatoes Fingers
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes big size
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Onion green chopped

Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut it into fingers shape. Place potatoes in salted water and boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove all water.
- Take a big bowl and add cornflour,salt and pepper and then mix it and then add boiled potatoes fingers and mix it well. Now deep fry these potatoes fingers.
- Now put a pan on heat and add a tablespoon oil. Add onion, garlic,ginger and salt and saute on high heat for one minute.
- Add tomato sauce and potatoes finger and mix it well. Crispy garlic potatoes fingers are ready to serve.
