  • 2 big size potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 Cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Cup green chopped onion


  • Peel the potatoes and cut it into fingers shape. Place potatoes in salted water and boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove all water.
  • Take a big bowl and add cornflour,salt and pepper and then mix it and then add boiled potatoes fingers and mix it well. Now deep fry these potatoes fingers.
  • Now put a pan on heat and add a tablespoon oil. Add onion, garlic,ginger and salt and saute on high heat for one minute.
  • Add tomato sauce and potatoes finger and mix it well. Crispy garlic potatoes fingers are ready to serve.
