Ingredients
 

  • 10 -12 leaves Palak spinach fresh
  • 1 Cup Besan gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Sooji
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Ajwain carom seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Take palak leaves wash them and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl add besan, salt, chilly powder, ajwain, rice flour, sooji, water and form a batter with smooth consistency.
  • In a pan heat oil for frying. Dip palak leaves in besan batter and deep fry till golden brown from both side.
  • Repeat the steps with rest of leaves.
  • Enjoy with tea or coffee ....
