  • 1 tsp Olive Oil or dressing for dressing
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Chickpeas for salad boiled and chilled
  • 1/2 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 1/2 cup Paneer
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

  • In a large vessel add chickpeas, tomatoes, spring onion, paneer, green chilly, sugar, salt and coriander leaves and mix well
  • Now add the dressing and again mix well
  • Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve
