Steamed Paratha Noodles (With tomato, Chicken, Capsicum, Baby Corn with few Cashews)

Ingredients
- One cup of Wheat Flour
- Salt As Per Taste
- Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala
- Chinese Five Spices Optional
- 250 gm of Boneless Chicken Breast Pieces
- One Cup of Baby Corn Chopped
- One Cup of Carrot Chopped
- 2 to 4 Green Chillies
- Yoghurt Dairy Curd or Plant Based Yoghurt-1 Tablespoon
- 4 to 5 Cashew Nuts
- Two Glasses of Water
Instructions
- 1. Make a Dough with Wheat Flour( Normal Dough made of rotis) 2. Roll the Dough and cut them in the form of a noodles as shown in the below picture 3. Steam it for about 10 to 15 minutes
- Keep the kadai on the stove Add one glass of water and ensure the water reaches the boiling point Add 4 to 5 pieces of Breast Pieces Boil it for about 10 minutes
- In the other Pan Add Two Tablespoon of oil Add the mentioned vegetables and spices Fry until they become Softer Add the Boiled Chicken and Mix it Then Add one tablespoon of Yoghurt and Tomato Ensure Gravy texture
- Add the Steamed Paratha Noodles and mix it with the gravy Close the lid for sometime Steamed Paratha Chicken Noodles is ready
