Ingredients
- 1/2 bundle Palak leaves
- 1 cup Bengal gram besan
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry

Instructions
- Clean the leaves well and chop it finely.( use only the leaves).
- In the bowl add in add ingredients except oil and mix well. First don't add water if needed just sprinkle very little and form the dough not so loose or tight.
- Heat oil in a pan. Drop small portion of the prepared dough in to the hot oil and deep fry it.
- When done drain it into tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot with some ketchup for tea/coffee
Recipe Notes
- Taste good when served hot.
- Adjust spice level accordingly.
