Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bundle Palak leaves
  • 1 cup Bengal gram - besan
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger - chopped
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leaves well and chop it finely.( use only the leaves).
  • In the bowl add in add ingredients except oil and mix well. First don't add water if needed just sprinkle very little and form the dough not so loose or tight.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Drop small portion of the prepared dough in to the hot oil and deep fry it.
  • When done drain it into tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot with some ketchup for tea/coffee
