Ingredients
- 1 bowl Spinach only leaves
- I onion sliced
- 3 Green Chilly chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Besan - ½ cup
- Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin powder - ½ tsp
- Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Black salt to taste
- Coriander leaves - 3-4 tsp chopped
- Water as required
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the flours and the spices ,add salt and water little at a time and make a smooth batter.
- Add the spinach, geeen chillies, coriander and onions into the batter and mix well.
- Heat oil for frying. Take small portion of the mixture and drop in the hot oil.
- Deep fry them till crisp and golden.
