A very easy recipe that can be put together in a jiffy esp when guests drop in unannounced....!!

Ingredients
- 2 Big potatoes boiled
- 2 brown bread slices crumbled coarsely
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1-2 tbsp fresh green coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Oil as needed

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes. Add all the ingredients together. Make small balls and press lightly to flatten. Deep fry/ Shallow fry till golden brown
