Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 cup Rose Petal Jam
  • 1 cup Ice Cream Vanilla
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup Milk cold
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pcs Cardamom

For Garnish

  • 5-6 Rose Petals fresh
  • 1 sprig Mint fresh

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients except garnishes and process until smooth.
  • Check the consistency and adjust with cold milk.
  • Chill the cold soup and soup cup in fridge for an hour
  • Mix well and ladle the soup into bowls.
  • Garnish with sliced fresh rose petal and mint sprig.
