Kheer Malpua
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/2 cup Milk Powder
- 1 cup Cream fresh
- 1 cup Flour refine
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Fruits grated dry
- 750 gm Milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 cup Sugar Syrup
- Garnishing or cherry cherry for
- Desi Ghee or oil refine oil or for deep fry

Instructions
- Make a batter with refine flour, semolina, cardamom powder and baking soda. Add milk as required.
- Now add refine oil or ghee in a frying pan. Heat oil add 1 tbsp batter and deep fry the malpua.
- Dipped into sugar syrup after ten minutes take out from the syrup.
- Now make the kheer, add milk stir continuously. Milk will reduce half then add milk powder, fresh cream, grated dry fruits and cardamom powder.
- Now serve in a plate as shown in the picture. Keep malpua, cover with kheer and garnish with cherry.
Recipe Notes
Can be preserve in fridge more than a week.
