jal jeera drink is healthy and refreshing drink straight from ayurvedic labs. this medicinal drink not only helps with your digestion problems, it also improves yourรย appetite. in hindi jal means water and jeera or jira means cumin, and mixture of these with other spices and herbs makes this a healthy and refreshing drink.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Mint
- 1 tbsp Coriander coriender
- 6 cubes Few Ice Cubes ice
- 1/2 inch Ginger grated
- 2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Mango dry pwr
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 glass Water
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Pepper pwr

Instructions
- dry roast the cumin seeds till they start to burn and turn black.
- allow to cool and ground to a fine pwr
- in a small blender take of mint leaves and coriander leaves
- make a smooth paste adding required water.
- now in a large jug, add few ice cubes.
- grate the ginger
- now add coriander - mint paste to it.
- add roasted cumin powder
- next add some amchur powder
- followed by black salt. you can also replace with salt.
- add 2 glass of water
- squeeze some lemon juice.
- now add crushed black pepper powder.
- give a good mix and check for seasoning.
- add boondiรขโฌโขs as a topping to this drink.
- transfer to serving glass or jar and drop few ice cubes just before you serve.
Recipe Notes
instead of adding water, you can replace it with carbonated water or soda water.
optionally you can add some sugar if you like some sweet taste to your drink.
