Warm Banana Smoothie For Chilled Winters

You can have this smoothie everyday in place of tea , coffee or soups to beat the cold as well as for quick energy and refreshment. Its a healthy and nutritious drink for regular gym goers and growing children.

  • Bananas 2
  • Boiled milk 1 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder 2tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 2tbsp
  • Almond 12-15 / Walnuts 1tbsp


  • Blend everything together and serve hot.


  • If milk is too hot add a tbsp of child water before blending so that while blending the temperature of the contents should not rise too high.
