  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 Green Chillies
  • 4 Coriander
  • 4 spring garlic
  • 4 spring onion
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Roast tomato and capsicum then peel off the skin.
