This is a traditional south indian laddu, made with urad dal. Very tasty and very easy to make.

Ingredients
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 1/3 rd cup
- Cardamom - 4

Instructions
- Dry roast the urad dal on hot tawa until it turns golden brown. Keep aside to cool it completely.
- Now grind the roasted dal into a fine powder.
- Grind the sugar along with the CARDAMOM pods as well. Mix the powdered sugar into the ground dal.
- Now melt the ghee (just melt and not boil).
- Mix this into the dal + sugar Mix, mix well and form LADDUS.
