Ingredients
- 250 gm Mango (raw julian)
- 300 gm Sugar
- tsp Ginger Juice (one)
- Raisin (or almond and crushed almond)
- 25 gm Black Pepper (or butter butter crushed)
- drops Mango Essence (two)
- tsp Sugar (or salt salt half crystal)

Instructions
- Mango should be grated Julian dipped in chilled water 15 minutes then strain from water satue with butter add ginger juice
- Add sugar salt almond raisin stir continuous. Add crushed black paper mango essence
- When become sticky greased plate and spread the chikki after half an hour it will become crunchy sprinkle Crystal sugar
- Break into pieces and enjoy crunchy chikki
