  • 250 gm Mango raw julian
  • 300 gm Sugar
  • tsp Ginger Juice one
  • Raisin or almond and crushed almond
  • 25 gm Black Pepper or butter butter crushed
  • drops Mango Essence two
  • tsp Sugar or salt salt half crystal


  • Mango should be grated Julian dipped in chilled water 15 minutes then strain from water satue with butter add ginger juice
  • Add sugar salt almond raisin stir continuous. Add crushed black paper mango essence
  • When become sticky greased plate and spread the chikki after half an hour it will become crunchy sprinkle Crystal sugar
  • Break into pieces and enjoy crunchy chikki
