Ingredients
  

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 1
  • 1/2 cup cashew
  • Salt
  • Oil as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In pan heat oil.fry Paneer on both sides and keep it aside. Grind cashew In pan heat oil add onion paste.cook for 10 min.after add ginger garlic paste.mix it. After 5 min add tomato paste,capsicum, chilli powder,salt,sugar,coriander powder.mix it
  • After add cashew paste,garam masala.mix it cook for 15 min in low flame.spicy Paneer Cashew gravy is ready
